The highly anticipated prequel to Game of Thrones has been a huge success, earning a Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and winning an Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series. Season 2 promises to be even more epic, with more dragons, more battles, and more political intrigue.
Here's everything we know so far about Season 2 of House of the Dragon:
- It will consist of 10 episodes, airing weekly on HBO.
- The cast will include returning cast members Paddy Considine, Matt Smith, Emma D'Arcy, and Olivia Cooke, as well as new additions John Macmillan and Nanna Blondell.
- The season will cover the Targaryen civil war, known as the Dance of the Dragons.
